What has your personal experience been when contacting the EAAB?

EAAB has not resolved an issue I asked them to address approximately 9 months ago. I paid R2000.00 for CPD in January 2017, but was denied access to book events, with no adequate reason and no resolution reached and it took about 8 months to get my FFC ( an accurate FFC) when I changed employers.

My experience in changing employer is still not resolved, after more than 2 year and numerous calls, emails and proof of payment, employer contract Id etc

your system its very bad, you don't have time for us agents and I personally feel you don't take us seriously or respect us. the helpline department of the EAAB its unreachable and when reached you take your time to assist with anything or respond to our grievances and yet you expect to have a heavy hand on us agents where else you don't provide us with the things you expect from us on time, when we have already applied for them. and as for the one youth learner programme its a sham cause its not taken seriously by you guys who have initiated it. and I have long applied for my change of employment and submitted proof of payment. to this date I have not been assisted even after trying to call the EAAB for feedback with no success. you will either complain with the system been down or not any calls for days and weeks. :!: :!: :!: :!: :!: :( :(

I am quite happy with the service i have received so far from EAAB. When I moved office my application came back within 4 working days WITH confirmation of my change and my new FCC with the correct details.
